Phinbellan Special Administrative Territories Strategic Route and Exit Number System is a main road network in the six special administrative territories of Phinbella where this system is adopted by the transport departments in all SATs, while all roads under this system are built and maintained by the Public Works Authority (LKRP) which is under the Ministry of Public Works of the respective territorial government. This system is used to organize the main roads in all the special administrative territories only starting from number 1 for the convenience of drivers. Although the main roads were built before the system existed, the system was first introduced and implemented in stages in its territories since RP 2600, and the last one will be implemented in new SAT in RP 2619. There is an exception to Western Nijima SAT where it has just been disbanded, none of the main roads use this system.
