The Southern Kōkai Railways (Phineaner: Keretapi Kōkaï Selatan; Jawi: كريتاڤي كوكي سلتن; abbreviated SKR or NKT), also known as the Southern Kōkai State Railways (Sangunese: 南黃海州鉄道, translit.: Nan-Kōkai-shu Tetsudō?, Phineaner: Keretapi Negeri Kōkaï Selatan; Jawi: كريتاڤي نڬري كوكي سلتن; Taesongean: 남황해주철도; RR: Nam-Hwanghae-ju Cheoldo; Yapreayan: Аҩаdаtwi Kōҟaï Aħwynţķarratw Dġylmҩаķwa; Ashkenatzi: דרום קאָקאַי געגנט באן; romanization: Drum Kokai Gegnt Ban), also known as the Southern Kōkai Railways Company Ltd. (Sangunese: 南黃海州鉄道株式会社, translit.: Nan-Kōkai-shu Tetsudō Kabushikigaisha?, Taesongean: 남황해주철도주식회사; RR: Nam-Hwanghae-ju Cheoldo Jushikhoesa), colloquially known by the abbreviated name as Nankōtetsu (南黃鉄?, Taesongean: 남황철; RR: Namhwangcheol; MR: Namhwangch'ŏl), is a Phinbellan-Kōkainese joint-stock company whose primary function is the management and operation of railways connecting the southern highlands and coast of Kōkai including the Singapore Street Metropolitan Region and the eastern Glayzer River valley, as well as connecting Singapore Street and Desaremix, including on several branch lines.
It is also one of two railway lines in Kōkai, the other being the Kōkai-Heijō Government Railway (KHGR). Established on 14 November -66BP to operate railways taken over from separate railway lines, the company acquired various railway lines that had been developed separately in various parts of southern Kōkai, the railway area being taken over by the company as the Southern Kōkai Railway Zone administered by the federal government concession which the company has extraterritorial rights to a chain of accommodation, the Pan-Phineonesia Hotels of seven branches and three mosques located in Singapore Street, Lojing Highlands and Desaremix. Nankōtetsu subsequently expanded by building a new line to connect the state capital and Spectra City (now Desaremix) via Shandānø'kaí, and the line area was also integrated into the railway zone.
The Southern Kōkai Railways provides three services and has eight railway lines including Lojing Line and Inter Cybercity Line, almost all of which are connected to Singapore Street. Apart from the accommodation chain, the company has several subsidiaries including a radio station covering the railway zone.
