1707 Nordisketing election

The 1703 Nordisketing election occurred on 8.XV.1707 and was the second election to the Nordisketing since its independence (the last one was in 1703). The Einhorn Society–Tuktuvut Confederation–Reinherder Association coalition government, led by Prime Minister Arnold Christianssønn Einhorn, found itself re-confirmed in the election, 36 seats (67% of the seats).
The elections were regarded as mostly free.
For the purposes of these elections, the country was divided into 54 single-member constituencies, with a population of approximately 200,000 people (electorate size on average about 70% of the population). The method was first past the post.
The next election occurred in 1707.
