Upper Elwynnese Congress

The Congress of the Elwynnese Republic is the legislature of the Congressional Counties of the Elwynnese Republic. President, or speaker, of the Congress is Li Naomiai Avon-El (DEM).
The executive elected by the Congress in 1680 consists of representatives of the Ayreonist Independence Party, the Elwynnese Workers' Party, the Amokolian Freedom Front, and the Mishalanski Party of Democratic Socialism.
Following the 1680 Elwynnese congress election, eleven parties are represented in Congress, the make-up of which is as follows:
