A Regulation is a rule of law that is promulgated under the authority of the Royal Chancellor or a Minister of State, and provides legal restrictions on a variety of matters concerning the governance of the Royal Kingdom. Some Regulations are authorized by legislation (statute), while others are authorized under Royal Prerogative (i.e. via Royal Decree or a decision of the Royal Cabinet).
