The Royal Chancellor, The Duke of Montin, hereby makes the annexed Regulations designating an Economy Management System.
Definitions
1. For the purposes of this Regulation, the following definitions are made:
- “Order” is defined as an order of the Minister-of-State, Home Office, effective from the time of publication in the gazette of the Public Records Office, via that website or via the Government Notices forum at the national discussion forums.
Use of SMF Shop Mod
2. The Royal Kingdom of Gotzborg, being a user of the SimpleMachines SMF forum system for its national discussion forums, shall utilize the Shop Mod function for that forum system as its economy management system, to facilitate the operation of the Royal Bank of Commerce as well as general trade between citizens, corporations and other entities.
3. All citizens, corporations and other entities, including those both domestic and foreign, shall be required to create a unique user account on the forums to which a Royal Bank of Commerce account shall be linked.
4. The Home Office shall be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Shop Mod function in concert with its responsibilities for the operation and maintenance of the national discussion forums.
Listing of Goods and Services for sale
5. Those individuals, corporations or other entities wishing to sell a good or goods via the economy management system shall be required to register for a permit with the Home Office and have the good(s) listed on the “Buy Stuff” page within the Shop Mod economy management system.
6. A nominal one-time fee of GTh20.00 shall be collected by the Home Office for the provision of each such listing, regardless of quantity of goods to be made available. Where the inventory of a particular good has been exhausted and the lister requests a re-stock, a re-stocking fee of GTh25.00 shall be collected by the Home Office from the lister.
- Listings for goods to be provided for sale by the Royal Government, such as properties, real estate, and government surplus, shall be exempt from the listing fee.
- The listing fee, re-stocking fee and related quantity exemptions shall be reviewed annually by the Minister-of-State, Home Office, and changes proclaimed by Order effective April 1 of each year.
7. Services shall not normally be required to be listed in the Trade Center unless determined to be appropriate by the Home Office on an individual-case basis or unless requested by the lister of the service. Listing of services shall be subject to the same listing and re-stocking fee structure as goods.
8. The “Trade Center” page within the Shop Mod shall be made available for citizens, corporations and other entities to conduct trade of goods that have already been purchased into individual inventories.
