Sigmundr Birgir Tarjeisson (1691- ), born in Elijah's Rest, Normark, to Tarjei Thorgilsson and an unknown participant in the N&H Future Leadership Programme. Married Chryseandokht al-Osman on her 16th birthday in 1715. Bound by blood obligation to serve in the Elian Militia from his eighteenth birthday. Entered into the registers of the N&H National Sector Party for Normark from 1700 AN.
