The PyeongrangVision Song Festival RP 2618 is the fifteenth edition of the PyeongrangVision Song Festival. It took place at Pos Appat, the Federal Special Capital Territory, following the song representing the territory, Andalokia, sung by Ferdinand Mahmud, was chosen as the winner of the previous edition in Kuala Forajasaki. Organized by the Phineonesian Confederation Broadcasting Consortium and host broadcasters Keopuchean Broadcasting System (KBS), Public Broadcasting of the Federation of Phinbella (FPPO) and Capital Radio and Television Station (CRTS), the festival was held at the Hilversum Broadcasting Center, Kampung Kelaboran, Pos Appat. The semi-finals were held on March 9 and 10 and twelve days later, the finals were held on March 22, twelve days before celebrating the month of Ramadan. All three live shows presented by Reza Mat Aziz and Kim So-hye.
A total of 15 contestants from Phinbellan and Forajasakian administrative divisions qualified for the final round, with a new state of Forajasaki, Tabui making its debut with a song titled "Kisah Masyitah" sung by Al-Furqan. The three contestants from the Territory of Flower, the state of Jagor and the territory of Tanah Tōnán'hyôrï have returned after their absence in the previous edition.
The winner of this edition was Phinbellan Maritime Territories with the song "Myth of 24 Hours-Dream of Love" performed by Gin, and created by Voices duo Yoshihiko Bessho and Hidehiko Bessho and composer and lyricist Mohd Razak Abdul Rahman a.k.a. Ajax. The song sung by him has two versions whose lyrics are different even though the rhythm of the song seems to be the same. This song was chosen as the champion with a total of 95 points received from the televote in the final round. In the history of PVSF and Microvision, this song is the first song to represent the Phineonesian Confederation in Microvision Song Contest, where the Phineonesian Confederation made its debut at Microvision Song Contest 2022 which took place in Huyenkula, Hurmu. Participants from Kota Hilir with the song "Lembah Asmara" and Tabui state with the song "Kisah Masyitah" completed the top three.
