The 2023 Southeast Eura Football Federation Futsal Championship is the inaugural version of the championship. The championship will be hosted in Mataba for the first time ever.

There was no qualification, and all entrants advanced to the final tournament. The following 4 teams from member associations of the SEE Football Federation entered the tournament.
