Kaiser Brrapa V was a kaiser of Shireroth. He became famous when he decided, in a particularly xenophobic mood, to ban a long list of foreigners. Brrapa's prohibition has long been lifted but still you can see some of the consequences in Shirekeep.
He belonged to the Line of Ly'Technomaezj-Metzler
