Kaiser Brrapa V was a kaiser of Shireroth. He became famous when he decided, in a particularly xenophobic mood, to ban a long list of foreigners, especially Babkhans and Atterans. Brrapa's prohibition has long been lifted but still you can see some of the consequences in Shirekeep.
In 1446, Brrapa staged a successful attempt to break away from Audentior's crumbling colonial empire. The effort was perhaps not so successful however as the act of secession was followed immediately by annexation by the Flying Islands of Jasonia in the same year.
