The Città di Scoglitto (Elw: Skoljitto) is the largest city and bailiwick of Northern Tellia. Claimed by both Elwynn and Tellia, it is currently administered by Tellia.
Originally founded by settlers from Vecchio Scoglitto (then known simply as Scoglitto), it quickly outgrew its namesake and is now seen as the assumed Scoglitto in speech and text alike.
Home to AC Scoglitto and its stadium, Stadio Tellia del Nord.
