Scoglitto

Scoglitto is a city in Tellia which consists of an enclave surrounded by Elwynn. It is the largest city in Northern Tellia.
Formally claimed by Elwynn, where it was known as the bailiwick of Città di Scoglitto (Elw: Минас Сколйитто, Minas Skoljitto)
History
Originally founded by settlers from Vecchio Scoglitto (then known simply as Scoglitto), upon the ascension of Ashkenatza and its subsequent annexation of the Kingdom of Tellia, it quickly outgrew its ransacked namesake and is now seen as the assumed Scoglitto in speech and text alike.
In 1707 AN, the bailiff of Vecchio Scoglitto, accompanied by the tribune attached to the city by the Worshipful Guild of the Sacred Carnifices, rode out with their retinues to call upon the Tellian administrator of Città di Scoglitto. The purpose of their riding was to serve a writ from the Governorate of Austland for the immediate surrender of the heretics and schismatics sheltered at the cathedral church of the Church of Elwynn within the city.

Scoglitto is home to AC Scoglitto and its stadium, the Stadio Tellia del Nord.
