Lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transsexual rights are traditionalist in Krasnocoria. Same-sex marriage and the recognition of civil unions has always been illegal, and the concept of gender is outlawed itself, and only biological sex is recognized as being legitimate. Transsexual individuals in the lands would be recommended to seek psychological treatment, and mandated to do so if they cross-dress or attempt to act as the opposite sex in public. The LGBT population in Krasnocoria is estimated at less than 5,000. The state's position is that bisexualism does not exist, and transsexualism is a mental illness which should be treated with medication and therapy accordingly.

In Coria, transsexuals are sent to reeducation camps when discovered. In Krasnarus, when discovered in private by family members or otherwise, they are highly recommended to be sent to therapy and given medications for any other illnesses they have been diagnosed with. If they are caught cross-dressing in public, the state practices the sentence of internment at an insane asylum for a given period of time, depending on the severity of the incident and the depth of mental illness found in the offender. These sentences can often be as long as 15-20 years or more until the person is declared cured of their illnesses, and it is not uncommon for people to become interned for life.

Opposition

It is estimated that 91% of the population is opposed to legalizing same-sex marriage, and 6% are in support. This belief is a supermajority opinion throughout all ethnic demographics with the exception of Senyans, of whom 57% support marriage. Though Stors have historically supported gay marriage in a majority, 71% of Stors now oppose it, with just 21% in support. This is mainly due to the population's widespread practice of traditional Roman Catholicism and Orthodoxy, as well as Islam and other religions which are opposed to same-sex marriage.
