The economy of Caputia is a developed mixed economy, where the services industry (62%), serves as the largest employer in the country, followed by manufacturing (19%), construction (10%), and agriculture (5%), among others (5%). The GDP of Caputia in the year 1664 was ₺1.7 trillion. Caputia has a large estimated value of natural resources, valued at more than ₺30 trillion in 1663. Among those natural resources are deep pockets of proven natural gas reserves, and a large capacity for hydroelectricity. Caputia is considered an "energy power" in Micras due to its abundant natural resources and a relatively small population in comparison to most Micran powers (198,833,442; 1664 AN).

The Caputian economy counts the primary sector as very important, with mining, logging, gas, oil, and fishing among the most important. Caputia also has a large manufacturing sector, mostly based in the states of San Luis, Haifa, Hamland, and the Isles of Caputia. Caputia is also one of Micras' leaders in entertainment, counting with one of the most prestigious film and music industries around the globe.
