The Standardpatrone 5.56 PRIMA is a 5.56×45mm rimless rifle cartridge, that is designed to become the standard service cartridge of the armed forces in the PRIMA member states Meckelnburgh and the Lanzerwald Republic. The cartridge was designed by the Waffenschmiederei Ludwigshafen, to be used in the Maschinenkarabiner 1754, the new standard rifle of the Lanzerwald Republic. The ammunition is made in Waffenschmiederei Ludwigshafen munition factories near Gödelitz and Oudorp in the Lanzerwald Republic and near Victoria in Meckelnburgh.
