The title Lord Lieutenant is given to the monarch of Gotzborg's personal representatives in a Victorian County or Duchy. Both men and women are eligible for the post.
The Dukes of Abbervale, Adraisia, Dundas, Moncrieff, and Strathalmond are, by virtue of their title, also the Lord-Lieutenant of their respective duchies.
While in their lieutenancies, Lord-Lieutenants are among the few individuals in Victoria officially permitted to fly the banner of the Royal Standard of Victoria.
