The Federal Constitution of the Federal Republic of Phinbella (Phineaner: Perlembagaan Repablik Persekutuan Phinbella) is the supreme law of Phinbella. The written constitution, the text of which came into force on 20 December RP 2612 was derived from the constitution of the provisional government that had been in place since RP 2600. It was the first constitution before it was amended in RP 2619.
