The Blackfriars district is an area within the city of Tiegang, International Mandate, which is famed for being host to several noteworthy institutions within the International Mandate. Named after the infamous tavern, the district is located a fair way out of the city centre of Tiegang.
Accessible via public transport as the connection service between Tiegang's metropolitan services and the Apollonian Express features a passenger terminal at Blackfriar's International Station.
The location gained further notoriety in late 1699 in light of the revelations of the Iron Harbour Papers.
