George Frost is an Aldurian citizen of Caputian provenance. Formerly a night manager of a hotel in Nivardom. He was latterly commissioned as a Taxiarchos (Brigadier) in the Imperial Service Active Reserve of the Constancian Home Guard, serving as a brigade commander in the 507th Army (Nivardom Province).

In preparation for the 1699 elections, he resigned this commission, and was later appointed Secretary of Interior.
