The Sheng Emperor is most known for defeating the Kingdom of Jexit and re-establishing Jingdao in the 17th century. His policies focused on rebuilding Jingdaoese society and formulated the Sheng Doctrine, which was one of the results of the Sheng Restoration. The Sheng Emperor is considered to be a Great Light.
