The Congress of the Elwynnese Republic is the legislature of the Congressional Counties of the Elwynnese Republic. President, or speaker, of the Congress is Li Naomiai Avon-El (DEM).
The executive elected by the Congress consisted from 1678 to 1680 of the Nationalist and Humanist Party (N&H), Democratic Party of Elwynn (DEM), the Amokolian People's Party (APP), the Elwynnese Workers' Party (EWP), and the Ayreonist Independence Party (AIP). It is headed by Meqael Mizarierion (AIP). In 1680, Mizarierion sacked the N&Y and Democrat members of the government and replaced them with ministers from the Amokolian Freedom Front, the Mishalanski Party for Democratic Socialism, and the Libertarian Party.
