The Númenor national football team was the football team which represented the micronation of Númenor. The team was the official successor and predecessor of New Brittania. It was a member of the WMFA.

History

The team was founded in early 2007 after the foundation of Númenor as the successor state to New Brittania. Under the name of New Brittania, the team was one of the founding members of the FMF when the organisation was created in October 2006 prior to the first FMF World Cup. The national team competed in the tournament, finishing third in their group with four points. Númenor reverted to its old name of New Brittania in mid-2007 prior to that year's qualifiers with the national team having played no FMF-affiliated matches.
