Coat of arms of the Viscountess Cherokee; her father's coat of arms impaled with that of her husband's

Karmen Jovanović-Smičić (Кармен Јовановић-Смичић; née Karmen Babić-al-Osman, Кармен Бабић-ал-Осман) is a ShirerithianHurmu noblewoman, the kneginja of Northern Coria through her marriage to Velibor Jovanović-Smičić, and 4th Viscountess Cherokee (in the imperial peerage) in her own right.

Born in 1704 as the only daughter and child of Đorđe Babić and Miriam Marenai-Eqlarion al-Osman, 3rd Viscountess Cherokee, she grew up in Mitrovska. In 1723, at the age of 19, she married Velibor Jovanović-Smičić, Knjaz of Northern Coria. When her mother died in the sinking of the Biternion in 1735, she inherited her mother's title of Viscountess Cherokee.

As a Shirerithian peeress, she was declared to be a legitimate target for assassination by the Benacian Union in the first month of 1736 AN.
