Jules Sebastian de la Rochelle is the estranged older brother of Princess Emilia Antoinette of the Confoederatio Aemilia. When his sister started to advocate for an independent Taktwinkel in 1723, Jules joined her opponents and ridiculed her by calling her a little brat that wasted all her money on makeup. When Emilia Antoinette was crowned princess, she sent her lieutenant, Hedy von Rossmarkt to Jules to convince him to reconsider his opposition, but he fled to Neurossheim in Etzeland.
