Following the death of her mother in 1701 AN, Irma became embroiled in a legal battle over the ownership of Eclat Magazine. The case, de Gaugin Estate v. de Gertrudis, ended in her favor, granting her control of the media empire. In 1702 AN, she made the pivotal decision to sell a majority stake to Kerularios & Company, which led to the formation of the Eclat Media Group. As CEO of Eclat Media Group, Irma has overseen its expansion into digital media, television, and international editions.
