The Special Task Force of the Confluence, established at Ohttrazdbarh in Ransenar on 14.IV.1731 AN, was an independent task orientated formation of the General Inspectorate of Benacia Command. At its inception it was mandated to coordinate the unique security situation of the Elwynn River where the branches of the Blue and White Elwynn merge to give rise to the Red Elwynn, which continues down the remaining length of Benacia to the Gates of the Guttuli in the far south.
