Malia Morell, adept of the Magisters-Carnifex, formerly head of legation for the External Service of the Benacian Union in Cardenas (Nouvelle Alexandrie) from 1719 AN to 1731 AN. Appointed Grand Magistra for Security in the Designated Region of the Confluence on 14.IV.1731 AN. In this new capacity she would report directly to the General Inspectorate of Benacia Command. Appointed to the command of the General Inspectorate itself in 1741, she would take the lead in the draconian crackdowns which preserved the semblance of order behind the lines following the loss of Elluenuueq to Shireroth at the end of the Shiro-Benacian War.
