Prototype pair of EWV-1 Tarans, Mishalan, 1724 AN.

The EWV-1 Taran is an electronic counter warfare vehicle developed by the Benacian Union in response to experiences reported by the General Inspectorate of Benacia Command during the 1724 evacuation of forces from Shireroth.

Chassis provided by Mishalan Arsenal, with electronic components obtained from IntiChip Microsystems and Lyrica Defense Technologies, and system integration completed by specialist teams seconded from Augur Industries Incorporated, GleamCo, and Neridia Defense Industries.

Two prototype vehicles were received by the Benacian Union Defence Force for evaluation in 1727 AN.

A third prototype was delivered in 1731 AN. Built out to a different specification, the third vehicle was equipped with NACAVS and SentinelOS operating systems to enable realtime data linkages between the Panopticon Nexus and New Alexandrian supplied to the Special Task Force of the Confluence.
