The Hurmudanka Engineering Company (Hurmudanka Verkfreðasamlag, HV) is an engineering company in Hurmu, formed in 1691. Since 1702 AN the company director has been Leila Adalani Djupvik, a fast-track employee of the Honourable Company.

Owned 100% by the ESB-Jörmungandr Group, it was subjected to an attempted nationalisation effort under the 1719 socialist budget. Officers of the Hurmu Constabulary attempting to enforce this action were fired upon and repelled. After the reorganization of Hurmu, there were those who proposed that the company had come into the ownership of the Order of the Holy Lakes. The representatives of the latter were also fired upon and repelled.

Site security

In the fifth month of 1719 AN, personnel from the ESB-Jagdverbände began to deploy into the Lake District of Hurmu in order to defend sites and corporate assets controlled by the Hurmudanka Engineering Company from expropriation efforts by the socialist government.
