Fermin Mendoza Ruiz (born in 1650, died 1737) was the first, only and last prime minister of Anahuaco (1706–1737). He is believed to have died in the East Keltian Collapse affecting Anahuaco.
Through his marriage with Beatriz Viernes Casillas (born 1655, herself a second cousin of the Emperor, and a descendant of both King Jeremy of New Brittania and King Aelfric of Nova England), he became a member of the Order of the Holy Lakes.
