Santiago Development Corporation is a privately-held investment and development corporation domiciled in Santiago, Santander and incorporated under the laws of the Federation of Nouvelle Alexandrie (having been incorporated when it was called Alduria-Wechua, previously).
In 1697 it was disclosed that it was a subsidiary of the Duke of Santiago Foundation and an affiliate of the Osman-Aguilar Holdings Corporation.
In 1700, the populist politician Paolo Antonio Aguilar was appointed President.
