Underwall is a city and bailiwick of the Sovereign Confederation. The circular border of the bailiwick reflects the signature architecture within, dominated by massive concentric ring walls designed to confuse and disorient potential invaders. Since 1703, it has hosted the Miþuï and served as the capitol of the realm.
