Kamil Gavrilov is the Grand Chancellor of Drak-Modan following the Drak-Modani Fury elections of 1683. He previously served as the nation's first chancellor following its independence during the Kalirion Fracture. He currently leads the Republican faction in the Drak-Modani Civil War against Arslan Djangirov.
