Vecchio Scoglitto ("Old Scoglitto"; Elw: Веккио Сколйитто, Vekkio Skoljitto) is a rural bailiwick (commune) of Northern Tellia. Claimed by both Elwynn and Tellia, it is since 1679 exclusively administered by Elwynn. Between the years 1671–1679 it had no sovereign authority present and was "administered" by the 'Nclavesci. Before that, it was administered by Shireroth through various local governments such as Elwynn, Malarboria, Modan, and the Mandate of Tellia.
