The King Josephus Hospital, established on the former site of Camp Gloucester, was announced in the third month of 1705 AN after construction teams and security details supplied by the Apollonian Directorate of the Honourable Company moved to take possession of the land long vacated by the peacekeeping force from the South Sea Islands. Work reportedly commenced following a verbal agreement and a handshake between Daniyal al-Osman, ESB director for Apollonia, and the nameless landlord of the Blackfriars' Redux - whom it is claimed considered the matter to be a done deal.
Named after King Josephus, Head of State of the South Sea Islands, it is owned by the ESB Group and operated by Kallisti Health Services Inc.
After its construction, management and security of the premises became a responsibility of the Apollonian Directorate of the Honorable Company.
