Mordakai is an urban municipality in Hurmu's district of Lontinien, located in the Ghawlama metropolitan area. In the 1696 census, its population was 49,138.
The city was founded by the Jingdaoese in the early 1600s and named Kaiser-Mordechai-Stadt after their late emperor, the Mengjiang Emperor, whose birth name was Mordechai Ben Erasmus.
