It is headed by Meqael Mizarierion (AIP). In 1680, Mizarierion sacked the N&Y and Democrat members of the government and replaced them with ministers from the [[Amokolian Freedom Front]], the [[Mishalanski Party for Democratic Socialism]], and the [[Libertarian Party]].

The Congress of the Elwynnese Republic is the legislature of the Congressional Counties of the Elwynnese Republic. President, or speaker, of the Congress is Li Naomiai Avon-El (DEM).

The executive elected by the Congress in 1680 consists of representatives of the Ayreonist Independence Party, the Elwynnese Workers' Party, the Amokolian Freedom Front, and the Mishalanski Party of Democratic Socialism.
