Upper Elwynnese Congress

The Congress of the Elwynnese Republic is the legislature of the Congressional Counties of the Elwynnese Republic. President, or speaker, of the Congress is Benjamin Sluyjs (APP).

The executive elected by the Congress consists of the Nationalist and Humanist Party (N&H), Democratic Party of Elwynn (DEM), the Amokolian People's Party (APP), the Elwynnese Workers' Party (EWP), and the Ayreonist Independence Party (AIP).

Following the 1678 Elwynnese congress election, fourteen parties are represented in Congress, the make-up of which is as follows:
