The Concord Business Council (CBC) is a private sector advisory body affiliated with the Concord Alliance Treaty Organization. Established in 1753 AN during the 1753 CATO state visit to Western Corum, the Council brings together leading corporations and business figures from all CATO member states to advise on matters of economic integration, trade facilitation, and investment promotion. The CBC meets quarterly, with sessions rotating among member state capitals, and provides formal recommendations to the Economic Coordination Committee on issues affecting cross-border commerce within the alliance.

The Council was created as part of CATO's first formal expansion into economic cooperation, moving the alliance beyond its original security mandate. Its charter was signed alongside the accession documents for Western Corum and Constancia at Concord Hall in Corum Electric City. Membership in the CBC is by invitation, extended to corporations demonstrating substantial cross-border operations within the alliance and commitment to the principles of the Concord Alliance Treaty. The chairmanship rotates biennially among member states in order of accession, ensuring that business perspectives from across the alliance inform the Council's agenda and recommendations.
