The Verac national football team was the football team which represented the micronation of Verac. The team was the official successor of Houland, and as such retained its records. It was a member of the AEFA after originally being affiliated to the CTFA and also the WMFA.
History
The team was founded in late 2007 after the foundation of Verac as the successor state to Houland. Under the name of Houland, the team competed in that year's World Cup qualifiers, losing 5–1 on aggregate to Istvanistan in the WMFA first round.
In their first qualifying as Verac the following year, and now in the CTFA, the team finished third in their four-team group with only one win to their name; 2–0 against Monovia.
Prior to the 2009 qualifiers, the team joined the WMFA; the confederation they were affiliated to as Houland. In their five-team group, the team finished bottom with six points.
Verac again changed its confederational affiliation for the following year's qualifiers, joining the AEFA. The team finished fourth in their five-team group with seven points. Verac left Micras in late 2010.
