The University of Santander (US or UniSan) is a public research university in Potosí, Santander. Founded in 1700 AN, it is the oldest public university in the Region of Santander and one of the most prestigious academic institutions in Nouvelle Alexandrie. The university's flagship campus is located in Potosí, with additional campuses in the cities of Puerto Carrillo, San Juan, Rossello, Santiago, Castellon, Bassumorto, and Wechuahuasi.

With an enrollment of over 52,000 students, the University of Santander is consistently ranked among the top five universities in Nouvelle Alexandrie. It is classified as a research university with very high research activity. The university has an annual research budget of approximately NAX€ 1.6 billion and has been noted for significant contributions to various fields including Alexandrium research, biomedical engineering, sustainable agriculture, and social sciences.
