Tverprinit Ferju AS

Tverprinit Ferju AS, known in Istvanistani as the Transprinitica Ferry Corporation, is a samlag that operates a ferry service from Tyrador. Incorporated 14.I.1741.

Brainchild of Viric Merrick, it is majority-owned by the Government of Transprinitica (60%), followed by the Honourable Company through its Keltian Directorate (20%). 10% was offered to Samhold Investments, with right of first refusal, with various other investors holding the remaining 10% via public subscription.

In a rather curious development, Nada Lesjak was hired as Senior Operations Manager on its inception.
