The Treaty of Goldfield is a treaty between the Benacian Union and the Kingdom of Ransenar signed on 12.IX.1711 AN by the governments of the Benacian Union and Ransenar to integrate Ransenar into the Benacian Union. The Treaty was ratified by the High Presidium of the Benacian Union on 24.IX.1711 AN, the Ransenari Congress ratified the Treaty soon after on 11.XI.1711 AN.
The Treaty of Goldfield enters into force on 24.XV.1711 AN, at which point Ransenar shall become part of the Benacian Union as the Realm of Ransenar.

TREATY OF GOLDFIELD
between the
Benacian Union
and the
Kingdom of Ransenar
- The Kingdom of Ransenar, of its own will, and without compulsion, freely pledges itself to the cause of Benacian unity, and undertakes thereby to take its place as a Realm of the Benacian Union.
- His Majesty the King of Ransenar, acclaimed by his Loyal Subjects at this moment of national salvation, shall remain Ruadh Aldric – long may he reign.
- His Majesty the King of Ransenar, with the assent of His Majesty's Government, and of the Ransenari Congress, shall take unto himself the powers invested in the organs of state by the Ransenari Constitution, and exercise them in the interests of the Ransenari nation and for the sacred cause of Benacia.
- By virtue of the amicable and peaceful accession of the Kingdom of Ransenar into the Benacian Union, all Ransenari residents possessed of citizenship rights hitherto shall be translated into the Benacian Union as subjects possessed of merit.
- His Majesty and His Majesty's Government, shall be accorded the honour and status of the Serene, according to the Table of Grades and Ranks of the Benacian Union.
- His Majesty the King of Ransenar shall undertake to reform His Majesty's Government to better conform with Article Forty-Five of the Charter of the Benacian Union.
- The Realm of Ransenar accepts the transfer to the High Presidium of the Benacian Union of the powers, pertaining to defence, security, and external relations, as outlined under Article One of the Charter of the Benacian Union.
- The Regiments of the Grand Army of Ransenar shall be transferred into the Benacian Union Defence Force with their banners and commanders maintained in place and under a condition of honour.
- The liberties of the meritorious subjects of the Realm of Ransenar, as previously established under Ransenari law, shall not be infringed as long as they remain congruent with the Charter of the Benacian Union and the Covenant.
- The democratic characteristics of the Ransenari Congress shall not be infringed with regards to the internal domestic arrangements of the Realm of Ransenar, as permitted under the Charter of the Benacian Union and this treaty.
- The right of the Realm of Ransenar to freely withdraw from the Benacian Union, as specified in Article Four, with the obligation only to determine upon such a course only after a majority vote of the Ransenari Congress, shall not be infringed. In the event of a withdrawal from the Benacian Union, there shall commencing a period of one Norton year to permit the necessary withdrawal of deployed Benacian assets, the return of Ransenari assets, and the restoration of the status of relations between the Benacian Union and the Realm of Ransenar prior to the instantiation of the Treaty of Goldfield.
