Treaty of Abrek

The Treaty of Abrek is the agreement that ended the so-called North Kalgachi Crisis of 1736 AN to 1741 AN. The treaty, which caused considerable controversy within Kalgachia, formalised the secession of the three lieutenancies under Mondosphere occupation, with Abrek and Katarsis merging with Northbloom to form a reunited Principality of Highbloom, and Jollity becoming a co-protectorate under Lord Toastypops.

Terms

1. The Lieutenancies of Abrek and Katarsis, with the exception of the March of Xaschbam and those other portions of the Lieutenancy of Abrek formerly belonging to the Lichgraviate of Novodolor in the time of the Empire of Minarboria, are placed outside the means of the Oktavyan Code and united with Northbloom as the Princely Garden of Highbloom, under the full and exclusive sovereignty of Mondo Etzeterra.
2. The March of Xaschbam and those other portions of the Lieutenancy of Abrek remaining under Kalgachi sovereignty are transferred to the administration of the Lieutenancy of Schlepogora.
3. Mondo Etzeterra renounces any residual legal claims to territory or assets remaining under Kalgachi sovereignty.
4. The Lieutenancy of Jollity is released from the provisions of the Oktavyan Code. The said lieutenancy shall henceforth be administered as a joint protectorate of the Garden of Kalgachia and the Princely Garden of Highbloom.
   1. The Protectorate of Jollity shall be administered in the name of Lord Toastytops by a Lord Protector appointed by the protecting powers.
   2. The Princely Garden of Highbloom shall retain responsibility for the defence and external affairs of the Protectorate.
5. The Garden of Kalgachia and Princely Garden of Highbloom, together with their dependencies, shall form a customs union.
