Syarin Hafiz bin Abdul Rahman or commonly known as Syarin Abdulrahman (born 2007) is a Dauian professional footballer who plays as a fullback for Daau Super League club Seragaan United. He is the youngest DNTP full graduate at age 18 as he was permitted to enter a year above due to his high level of potential and talent spotted by coaches and peers alike.
Syarin is the son of Dauian former professional Abdulrahman.
Early life
Scouted into the DNTP system at age 11, Syarin would continue with the DNTP term 1 squad until he was 16 playing as an attacking midfielder. His talent attracted multiple Dauian clubs looking for him to join their academies. Syarin rejected all offers and was given a free pass to finish his program earlier due to his outstanding footballing talent and potential. His father Abdulrahman would oversee his progress occasionally at the DNTP centers. While Syarin was 17, his coaches suggested him to be retrained as a fullback to use his pace and technical abilities better as they believed he would progress better on the wide flanks, prompting his position switch.
Club career
Seragaan United
Following graduation from the DNTP system, Syarin agreed to a contract with Seragaan United, a club his father had ties to and was in close contact with. Abdulrahman scored his first goal against East Coast United in a 3-0 home win.
