Svend Cecilion Lentworth (born 1696) is a lawyer and public official who has served as Steward of Tarrland since 1759. He is the third child of Cecil Lentworth, Lord of Tarrland, and Áidna Gárasavvon.
Born and raised in Hurmu, Svend trained as a lawyer and became involved in his father's longstanding work on behalf of the Tarr people. Following the establishment of the Çakari subah of Tarria in 1717, he assisted with the legal and administrative aspects of the limited repatriation of Tarr exiles and their descendants, including questions concerning settlement, property and civil administration.
When Tarria was transferred to the Three Kingdoms and reorganised as the Lordship of Tarrland in 1759, Svend's ninety-three-year-old father was selected by the restored Tarr community as Lord of Tarrland. Owing to Cecil's advanced age, Svend was appointed Steward of Tarrland and entrusted with the ordinary administration of the territory. In this capacity, he serves as the principal executive official of the lordship under his father and the Three Kings.
