St Vaast d'Arras (Cibolan Saxon: Sankt Vedast im Artesien) is a city in Etzeland and the capital of the Duchy of Artesia. It was re-founded in 1710 AN on the site of the Alexandrian city of Arras, inhabited between 1519 AN and 1650 AN.
The present-day city is named for the cathedral church of St Vedast, which is the seat of a Nidarosian Catholic archbishopric.
