Sanpantul 2023 FMF World Cup Project (Sangunese: 三帆人 2023 FMFワールドカッププロジェクト, translit.: Sanhanto 2023 FMF wārudokappupurojekuto?) is a pre-established plan for Sanpantul to apply for candidacy. The project includes approximately fourteen stadiums and thirteen cities. Except for Kipei, each city will host one stadium. Care has been taken to select from each region of Sanpantul so that even the most unknown places of Sanpantul will be explored. If the nomination is successful and it is decided to host, Sanpantul officials will announce the marketing and accommodation in the next announcement.

Six of its stadiums will be subject to minor renovations and their capacities will not change, only to strengthen the technology infrastructure. Increasing the capacity of three stadiums was planned in advance, while it was proposed to increase the capacity of two stadiums. Three new stadiums will be included in the nomination, only one of which will be completely dismantled after the tournament.
