Südmark

Südmark is a former constituent state of the Aemilian Federation, located just north of the coastline of Southern Cibola, when the coastline itself being controlled by Whales, Natopia. The state's capital is Damenwald. The region was annexed by the Aemilian Federation in an effort to bring the rule of law to the last bastion of the Green on Cibola. Like neighbouring Rossmark, the Südmark was not densely populated and Aemilian power is not absolute outside city borders. The jurisdiction was added to Walstadt and Light, after the Treaty of Sankt Rosa incorporated that region into the Aemilian Federation in 1743.
